Biography
Omid-Ali Bovieri was an Iranian Air Force captain and pilot famously remembered for his historic flight under the White Bridge in Ahvaz. He was arrested for his involvement in the 1980 Nojeh coup attempt, also known as the Shahrokhi Uprising, against the Islamic Republic. He was subsequently tried in Tehran and executed by firing squad.
سروان امیدعلی بویری خلبان نیروی هوایی ایران بود که به دلیل پرواز تاریخیاش از زیر پل سفید اهواز شهرت داشت. او به اتهام شرکت در قیام شاهرخی (کودتای نوژه) علیه جمهوری اسلامی بازداشت و در جریان دادگاههای مربوط به این قیام در سال ۱۳۵۹ در تهران تیرباران شد.
